He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Howell and Frances Howell. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Sally Fraser (Neale), Cody (Maryse) and Kate (Thibaud); his siblings, Beth Grass (late Larry), Wendy Hood (late Alton), Lorna Donahue (Leon), Charles (Susan), Paul (late Carol Joy), Donna Newton (Russ) and Robert (Elaine); and his grandchildren, Chloe, Chaz, Charity, Arya, Lily, Logan and Zara.
