He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fitzpatrick and Marion Fitzpatrick (Manship); his brother Stewart Fitzpatrick (Sue); his parents-in-law, Joyce Clark and Stanley Clark; and his brothers-in-law, Terrance Clark and James Wood.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Clark); his son Clinton Fitzpatrick (Jeysa); his sisters, Connie Wood, Ellen McIntyre and Susan Brown (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Sue Fitzpatrick (Keenan), Robert Clark, Richard Clark and Dana Clark; and also, Jeysa Martinez-Pratt (Ryan) and Arlo. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
