With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dawn Sorensen of New Denmark, New Brunswick, born in Grand Falls, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 7, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Sorensen; her parents, Irvin Dixon and Elsie Dixon (Jensen); and her siblings, Wanda Christensen, Jean Paynter, Faye Race, Doug and Philip Dixon.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara MacLean of Ottawa, ON, Betty Briggs (Philip) of Sisson Ridge, NB, Keith Sorensen (Barb) of Lakefield, ON and Roger Sorensen (Mary) of St. Almo, NB; and her sister Beverley Manley of Wells, Maine.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
