He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Clowater and Verna Clowater; his son Barry; and his siblings, Hudson (Doris), Earl (Millie), Lawrence Junior, Cyril (Georgina), Jackie McCormick (Bill) and Zelda O'Donnell (Eric).
He is survived by: his wife Gail (Ward); his sons, Beverly, Brian (Crystal) and Bradley (Cathy); his grandchildren, Alex, Robyn (Steve), Brandi (Graham), Leslie and Jordan; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Clowater, Eva Comeau and Debbie Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Anglican Parish of Ludlow and Blissfield, or the Alzheimer Society.
