He was predeceased by: his parent Chester O'Donnell; his brothers, Percy, Robert, Chester Jr., Kay, Wilfred and Herbie; and his daughter-in-law Heather O'Donnell.
He is survived by: his parent Hilda O'Donnell (Lyons); his children, Deborah Shaw (Fred) of Sussex, NB, Wanda Burkhardt (John) of Ludlow, NB, Susan O'Donnell of Fredericton, NB, Clark O'Donnell (Valerie) of New Bandon, NB and Robert O'Donnell of New Bandon, NB; his grandchildren, Christopher, Annette, Suzanne, Stephanie, Erin, Jason, Darrick, Melissa and Robyn; and his sisters, Mary Lyons of Doaktown, NB, Ellen Thibodeau (Robert) of New Bandon, NB and Judy Storey (Leonard) of New Bandon, NB. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; one great–great–grandchild.
