He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Scott Collins (Michael), Heather Collins, Emily Houle (Neil) and Carmel Mutch (Austin Sweeney); his siblings, Raymond Mutch (Eloise), Noileta Mutch, Brian Mutch (Simone), Carmen "Pat" Mutch (Wendy) and Demning O'Reilly (David); his grandchildren, Zane Collins, Cheyenne, Willow, Autumn, Summer Houle and Ned Scott Collins; his sister-in-law Eileen Mutch; and his children, Cholena Bagley, Kristen Lyons and Josh Fowler.
