He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Neil and Ethel Mae Fraser (Scott); and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Fraser; his stepchildren, Dennis Carr (Gisele), Joy Murray (Dan) and Susan DeLucry (Dean); his stepgrandchildren, Sylvia Plume (Mike), Bradley Murray (Susan), Beth Allen (Jordan) and Ben DeLucry; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Emma, Jackson Plume, Sullivan Murray, Davis, Vera and Adele Allen; his children, Scott (Shirley), Troy (Debbie), Twila (Peter), Shane (Tracy) and Reggie; his grandchildren, Lee (Matt), Ashton, Misty, Nick, Chris, Garrison, Alexis and Nikyta; his siblings, Joyce Piercy (late Gordon), Mavis Greer (late Mike), Velda Morrow (late Hugh), Maryann Patterson (late Gary), Myrna Fraser (Dan), Travis Fraser (late Ann), Brian Fraser (Cynthia) and Mark Fraser (Rose); and his friends, Ed, Nancy Christie and Donna Hoyt.
