He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Ann (Duke) and Arthur Joseph Byrne. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Samatha Cross-Byrne; his siblings, Eugene Byrne (Tina Humphries), Madonna Smith (Paul), Debra Ann Harnett (late Warren Harnett), Shirley Rideout (Rick Boone), John Byrne (Gwen), Cecilia Bryne and Diane Chircop (David); and his in-laws, Verna and Melvin Cross of Fredericton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
