Lola Mae Akerley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lola Mae Akerley (New Bandon Northumb Co, New Brunswick), born in Head of Millstream, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Akerley; her parents, Lola Hutchins and Milton Hutchins; her siblings, Robert "Bob", Basil and Jean Hutchins; and her sisters-in-law, Elva Hutchins and Dora Hutchins.

She is survived by: her children, Melissa Akerley Meadows (Jarret Meadows) of Fredericton and Scott Akerley (Meganne) of Victoria; her sibling Vaughan Hutchins (Valerie); and her close friend Tom Buchanan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
