She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Hunter; her parents, Timothy McCarthy and Gladys Mary McCarthy (Loggie); her son Joseph Leslie Hunter; and her brother Murray McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon Hunter (Cathy) of Ludlow, Susan Green (Danny) of Fredericton and Norman Hunter (Cindy) of Millet, AB; her grandchildren, Larry Hunter (Stephanie), Sarah Hunter (Jason), Ben Cochrane, Adam Hunter, Kimberly Conrad (Jon), Kyle Green (Kristen) and Jordan Green (Athena); and her great grandchildren, Myles, Brooke, Brady, Sophie, Diana and Dexter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Miramichi Valley Chapel (7681 NB-8, New Bandon Northumb Co, NB E9C2A5). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
