She was predeceased by: her spouse Byron Spilman; her parents, Clair Fraser and Irene Fraser (Gilmore); her son Byron C. Spilman; her siblings, Pearl Armstrong, Gertrude Colpitts, Beth Renaldo, Ted, Peter, Jack and Fred Fraser; and her granddaughter Dallas.

She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Sparkes of Happy Valley, NL and Jean Mazalin of Calgary, AB; her sisters, June Douglas (Stuart) of Nashwaak Bridge and Vivian Rouselle (Camille) of Fredericton; her grandchildren, Melanie, Adam, Troy and Lori Anne; her great grandchildren, Emily, Luke, Abby, Jane, Cole, Kelsey and Amber; and her great great grandchild Gracie.

Due to Covid-19 and the current health restriction, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
