He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Knowles and Susan Knowles (Hachey). He is survived by: his siblings, Hazel Trevors (Raymond) of Miramichi, Donna Whalen (Edward) of Miramichi, Susan Taylor (Raymond) of Miramichi, Norman Knowles (Chris) of Ontario, Lyle Knowles of Bathurst and Wilfred Knowles (Sandra) of Miramichi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
