He was predeceased by: his parent Walter Saunders; his grandson Brendan Kelly; and his nephew Ross Vaughan. He is survived by: his parent Annie Saunders (Young); his wife Ruth; his children, Susan Kelly (Paul) and Vernon Saunders (Anita); his grandchildren, Emma Kelly, Brady Kelly and Carter Saunders; his siblings, Chester Donald Saunders (Dianne) and Lois McMahon of Quispamsis; his nephew Keith Vaughan; and also, Saint John and Nauwigewauk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials to SJRH Dialysis Unit, Shriners' Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
