He was predeceased by: his parents, George McCoy and Carrie McCoy (MacDonald); his son Terry; his parents-in-law, Claire and Thelma Dorcas (Anderson); and his sister Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie McCoy (Dorcas); his children, Tony McCoy (Josette), Rhonda, Leanne Allen (David) and Soraya Grothe (Fred); and his siblings, Myles (Betty), Richard (Debbie), Allan (Nancy), Paul (Sharon), Fred (Brenda), Marina, Aldina and Charlene (Philip). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, memorial donations to Northeast Christian College, Capital Community Church Missions Fund, Nashwaak Centennial United Church Cemetery Fund, or the Ostomy Canada Society would be appreciated by the family.
