He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Cloney (Rena Cloney) and Rena Cloney (Purdy); his children, Susan Allen (Brian), Robert Cloney (Nedia), Tammy Ulsh (John), Troy Cloney, Jill Cloney (Bill Weaver) and Giphton Gunn (Amy Klotz); his stepchildren, Dana Fisher and Tammy Turner; his grandchildren, Ron Allen (Laura Pierce), David Allen (Echo), Brianne Martin (Alex), Michael Cloney, Amanda Cloney, Kalin MacDonald (Greg), Brendon Ulsh (Courtney), Jake Cloney, Josh Cloney (Ashley) and Jessica Cloney; his great great grandchildren, Malcom, Stevie, Wesley Allen, Lucy, Nora Martin, Ledger, Oliver Ulsh, Matthew MacDonald, Riley Cloney-Narvey and Aria Cloney; his brothers, Francis Cloney, William Cloney, Bennett Cloney (Zita) and Jeff Cloney (Sandra); his wife Carol Cloney (Fisher); and his brother Paul.
