He is survived by: his wife Christina Sturgeon (Gilliss); his children, Wendy Richard (Henri) of Riverview and Mark Sturgeon (Paula) of South Esk; his grandchildren, Jordan, Thomas, Jennah, Abigail and Jasmin; his great grandchild Kierah; and his brother Carvell Sturgeon (Mary Joan) of Miramichi.
