He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtney Phee and Mary Phee (Cripps); and his siblings, Anna Power, Mona Flynn, Mae Flanaghan, Carmel Kennedy, Jean McDonald, Helen Sullivan, Hollie, Courtney and Jackie Phee.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Mullaley (Gus) of Newfoundland, Christine Carroll (Bob) of Eastern Passage, NS, Pat Phee of Napan, Courtney Phee (Jacqueline) of Napan and Edward Phee of Napan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice and would be appreciated by the family.
