He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George Fletcher and Jennie Fletcher (Arnold); his brother Robert Fletcher; and his close friend John Saunders. He is survived by: his spouse Louis Picard; his siblings, George Fletcher (Sandra), Judy Halford (Peter) and David Fletcher (Joanne); his sister-in-law Marcia Fletcher; and his aunt Helen Andrin (George). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
