He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartley Billings and Mildred Billings (Jones); his siblings, Katherine Palmer and Arnold; and his siblings-in-law, Alice Billings, Walter Crawford and Fred Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Billings (Dunlop); his children, Natasha Cronkhite (Andy), Shawn Billings (Jenn Elliott) and Sarah Derrah (Brett); his grandchildren, Abrianna, Seporah, Ethan, Rory and Nathan; his siblings, Etta Crawford (Ronnie), Owen Billings, Donna Billings (Lloyd), Audrey Richardson (Gordon), Elwyn Billings, Paulette Hoyt (Fraser), Janet Billings (David), Darlene Brewer (Elmo) and Ferne Estey (Malcolm); his uncle Gerald Billings; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Haines (Gerald) and Denise Hoyt (Martin); and his friend Darrell Kimball. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
