He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Billings (Knox) and Chalma Billings; and his siblings, Louise Billings, Eva Billings (late Gerald), Rowena Sherwood (late Alan), Rayma Blake (late David), Harold (late Marilyn) and Arnold.

He is survived by: his wife Lynn (Seymour); his children, Daniel, Matthew and Megan; his daughter-in-law Catherine; his grandsons, Lukas, Jacob, Nicolas and Zachary; his brother Wayne (Nancy); and his siblings-in-law, Paulette Billings, Connie Storr (Kevin) and Robert Seymour (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
