Roland Joseph Lagacy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 85, Roland Joseph Lagacy of Nackawic, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lagacé and Mathilda Lagacé (Bonenfant); his wife Lucille Lagacy (Levesque); and his siblings, Gilbert Lagacé, Noel Lagacé, Noella Bernier and Norma Lagacé.
He is survived by: his significant other Mona Michaud; his children, Micheline Fletcher (David) of Hay Settlement, NB, Francine Clark (Mark) of Meductic, NB, Maurice Lagacé (Donna) of Beaver Dam, NB and Rachel Finnie (Roger) of Dumfries, NB; his grandchildren, Jamie Fletcher, Jennifer Billings (Andrew), Janice Clark (Steven), Amanda McLaughlin (Matthew), Matthew Clark (Chantal), Venessa Webster (Alex), Cody Finnie and Jonathan Lagacy (Dianne); his great grandchildren, Santino, Natayah, Camden, Isabelle, Kobe, Mataya, Jaiden, Emily, Olivia and Jacob; his siblings, Alcide Lagacé (Huguette) of Drummond, NB, Julien Lagacy of Grand Falls, NB, Roger Lagacy (Elouise) of Nackawic, NB, Emilien Lagacy (Wanda) of Howland Ridge, NB, Camille Lagacy (Dorothy) of Middle Hainesville, NB, Rolande Bonsant of Grand Falls, Gilberte Bernier (Betty) of Grand Falls, Alice Bernier (Albert) of Grand Falls, Irma Aubin (Freeman) of Grand Falls, Jocelyne Ouellette (Robert) of Grand Falls, Diane Bernier (Zoel) of Grand Falls, Guilda Lagacé (Romeo) of Grand Falls and Linda Michaud (Mario) of Grand Falls; and his siblings-in-law, Guy (Geri Rose), Thérèse (Wally), Fernand (Monique) and Marilyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Flewelling Funeral Home (585 Otis Dr, Nackawic, NB E6G1H6). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
