He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmont McEwen and Frances McEwen (Cunningham); his siblings, Harry McEwen (late Marjorie), Donald McEwen, Ronald McEwen, Roy McEwen, Allison McEwen (late Nora) and Dorothy Finniss Teakles (late Elmer Finniss); and his sister-in-law Gloria Embleton.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn McEwen (Embleton); his siblings, Edgar Finniss (Chris), Mark Finniss (Gail), Karen and Patti; his brother-in-law David Embleton (Susan); his nieces, Kristin Gillis (Dan) and Carol Heppell; and his great-nephew Nolan Gillis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Flewelling Funeral Home (585 Otis Dr, Nackawic, NB E6G1H6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
