She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monteith and Hannah Monteith (Bellason); her husband Basil Crain; and her siblings, Edna Grant, Earl, Robert, Ralph, William, David and Hazen Monteith.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cronkhite (Gerry) of Northampton, NB, Cathie Mean (Vernon) of Northampton, NB and Danny Crain (Susan) of Fredericton, NB; her grandchildren, Joseph, Jason, Sara-Lynn, Naomi, Natasha, Christy and Jillian; her great grandchildren, Damien, Emma, Tylan, Jacob, Rachel, Aimee-Lee, Zachery, Marcus, Anna and Matthew; and her daughter Jane Leger (Danny) of Moncton, NB. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
