He is survived by: his sister Dawn Jack of Edmonton, AB; his children, Bennett Hawkins (Kathy), Kenneth Hawkins (Debbie) and Donna Konwisarz; his grandchildren, Ian Hawkins (Kimberley), Heidi Wong, Ryan Hawkins, Natalie Hawkins and Jared Konwisarz; his great grandchildren, Cora Wocks, Aidan Hawkins, Reese Wong, Shea Wong, Caitlin Hawkins and Hayden Hawkins; his great great grandchild Dallas Wocks; and his friend Lila Myshrall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
