She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhoda Nichol (Stairs) and William Nichol; and her brothers, Harold and Herman Nichol (late Louise). She is survived by: her sisters, Maxine Eavis of Digby, NS and Shirley Patterson (late Elwin) of Dow Settlement, NB; and her nieces, Jeannie Martin (Gary) and Diane Martin (Michael). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
