He was predeceased by: his parent Évariste Hébert; and his siblings, Pierre, Wilfred, Odule, Viola Gallant, Anida Léger, Germaine Gagnon, Bernadette Freeze, Mai Bourgeois and Rita Surette.

He is survived by: his parent Mélina Hébert; his wife Géraldine; his children, Daniel (Joanne LeBlanc) and Camilla Cormier (Roland); his siblings, Laurie (Laudia), Adrien (Dora), Annette Léger (late Alcide) and Dorice Caissie (late Normand); his grandchildren, Danielle (Gaetan) and Mario (Jill); and his great grandchild Meka. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations to CHU Dumont Foundation (Oncology), Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
