He was predeceased by: his parents, Gérald Gauvin and Edith Gauvin (LeBlanc); and his brothers, Gérald and Oscar. He is survived by: his wife Aldéa Gauvin (Richard); his daughter Nicole Richard (Jonathan Bouillon); his siblings, Simonne (late Roger), Doraine, Joanne, Raymond (Marie-May) and Fernand (Eva); and his sister-in-law Maria. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
