He was predeceased by: his father William E. Palmer; his fiancée Tanya Bourque; his sister Erika Palmer-Petitpas; and his grandparents, Gus, Ruby Pedersen and Violet Palmer.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Palmer-Legere (Isaac Legere); his brother Andrew Palmer of Moncton; his grandfather Edward Palmer of Moncton; his niece Karley Petitpas; and his nephews, Tye Palmer, Brayden Petitpas, Carter Petitpas (Liam Petitpas) and Ron Standish of London. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
