He was predeceased by: his parent Dennis A'Court; and his brother Robert A'Court (Letha). He is survived by: his parent Margaret A'Court (Clarke); his spouse Dona A'Court (Wilson); his daughter Kathleen A'Court of Fredericton; his stepsons, Darren Sweet (Lise) of Halifax, NS and Troy Sweet (Michelle) of Moncton; his stepgrandchildren, Patrick Sweet, Denis Sweet, Zachary Sweet and Amy Sweet; his stepgreat-granddaughter Charlotte Sweet; and his siblings, Anne Woodyer (Peter) of Centreville, NS and Rod A'Court of Truro, NS. He is also survived by his dog, "Blue"; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
