It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Carter (Moncton, New Brunswick), born in Kouchibouguac, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Carter and Ruby Carter (Day); his sisters, Julia and Isabel; and his siblings-in-law, Janice, Bob Tweedie, Henry Melanson and Syd MacDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Seely); his children, Matthew (Leisje) and Marla LeBlanc (Yves); his granddaughter Jaimie; his siblings, Robert (Muriel), Floyd (Corinna), Esther Melanson (Gerry) and Shirley Jonah (Henry); and his brother-in-law Jack Seely.
