He was predeceased by: his parents, Howe Steeves and Blanche Steeves; and his siblings, Ivan Steeves (Judy) and Wendy Steeves. He is survived by: his nieces, Velda Steeves (Reginald) of Shenstone, Marney Steeves (Arden Beaumont) of Hillsborough, Krista King (Kevin) of Sharon, ON and Carrie Steeves of Riverview; and his close friend Rex. He is also survived by his cousins; and co-worker.

A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Shenstone Cemetery.
