She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Middleton and Vera Middleton (Graves); and her siblings, Marilyn Pitre and Russell Middleton. She is survived by: her husband Richard Mullins; her daughters, Amber Kjernisted (Lyle) and Hali Mullins; her granddaughter Chloe Kjernisted; and her siblings, Leigh Middleton (Marlene), Leslie Middleton, Reid Middleton (Cheryl), Darcy Middleton, Elaine Marr (Art), Norma Galloway and Diane Carson (Chris). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Fay's wishes were to have donations made to Hospice, Albert House 156 Pleasant Street, Moncton, NB.
