He is survived by: his father Laurier Lamothe of Québec; his wife Annette; his sons, Xavier (Marie-Ève) of Moncton and Guillaume (Karla) of Mexico; his sisters, Sylvie (Michel Petitclerc) of Québec and Micheline (Christian Gauthier) of Ontario; his father-in-law Louis Drapeau (late Julienne Fournier); and his siblings-in-law, Louise Francoeur (Jacques), Lucie Drapeau (Michel Roy), Sylvie Drapeau (Luc Lessard), Suzanne Drapeau (late Jean-Guy Doyon), Jocelyne Drapeau, Denis Drapeau (Michelle Fournier) and Mario Drapeau (Suzanne Mongeau). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
