It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Velma Alexandria Herring of Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus Stewart and Mary Stewart (MacLean); her brother-in-law Alden Blue; and her nephew Kevin MacLeod. She is survived by: her spouse Blair; her daughters, Valerie Herring-MacBeath (Malcolm MacBeath) and Kathy Herring; her sister Louise Blue; her brother-in-law Carl Herring (Pauline); and her nephew Kevin Blue (Marilyn, family: Elaine MacLeod, William Herring, Edward Herring).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel (15 Ole King Square, Charlottetown, PE C1A1P8).
