He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marc LeBlanc and Lorraine LeBlanc; his wife Sandra LeBlanc; his sons, Ulysse and Jean Henri LeBlanc (Megan); and his siblings, Alice Eveson, Bella LeBlanc, Rosella Melanson (late Louis), Cecime LeBlanc (Diane), Norbert LeBlanc and Majella Bourque of Dieppe. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice Halifax.
