“Tribute to Tara Tara was a rare species of human kind. I first remember meeting her as my new next door neighbour and then as a work mate in Public Health. Our next door neighbours were always RCMP families until just last year when the Department of Public Works decided to change things up for RCMP families. We were very sorry when that happened. Tara and John and Jack and Lauren and their dog Rosie were among our favourites. We got to watch Jack and Lauren grow up and talk to Tara and Jo”
