She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard O'Brien and Lois Evelyn O'Brien (Langley); and her brother Richard O'Brien. She is survived by: her sons, Matthew Fortin and Nicolas Fortin (Matthieu Villeneuve); and her siblings, William O'Brien (Debbie), Dawn Seely (Jack), Pamela O'Brien (Daniel Primeau) and Lee "Doc" O'Brien (Darcey). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
