She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clarke and Linda Clarke (Sinyard); her son Clayton; her grandchildren, Blainne, Ryan and Samuel; her sister Shirley; and her son-in-law David.

She is survived by: her husband Nathaniel Slade; her children, Randal Slade (Heather) of Victoria, BC, Sheree Slade (Austin) of Moncton, Paula Slade (Marc) of Moncton and Michelle East (Roy) of Riverview; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Tamara, Julianne, Shira and Hope; her great grandchildren, Roman, Esther, Madeline, Lilyrose, Jacob and Zion; and her sister Charlotte.
