She was predeceased by: her parent Weldon McEvoy; her husband John Neill Lee; her son Steven Sinclair; and her siblings, Glenna, Peter, Lloyd and Alma.

She is survived by: her parent Anne McEvoy (Kehoe); her children, Heather E. Lee (late Steven Sinclair), Peter N. Lee of New York City, NY and Richard Lee (Cathlean) of Collingwood, ON; her grandchildren, Riley and Owen; and her siblings, Carmel Jr., Tony Jr. and Weldon Jr.. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.

Donations in Shirley's memory made to a memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by her family.
