She was predeceased by: her father George Pavlovszky; and her grandfather Gerardus Leijgraaf. She is survived by: her mother Franciska Leijgraaf; her daughter Skye Pavlovszky-Locke; her brothers, Michael Pavlovszky and Stephen Pavlovszky; her grandmother Antonia Stek; and also Nick Locke. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends.
