He was predeceased by: his parents, George MacNeill and Gladys MacNeill (Gibbon); his daughter Kim MacNeill; and his siblings, George Hubert MacNeill, Ann Hernandez (Alberto) and Janet MacNeill.
He is survived by: his wife Pat MacNeill (Jones); his daughter Allison Johnson (Terry); his grandchildren, Jacob Johnson, Reagen "Jade" Jardine, Iara Hall (Jason), Allysha MacNeill and Alanna MacNeill; and his brother Andrew MacNeill. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
