He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McNeil and Julia McNeil (Kettle); and his sister Sheila Walters. He is survived by: his wife Diane McNeil (Pike); his children, Candace McNeil (Michael Ireland) and Roger McNeil Jr. (Stephanie Boyle); his grandchildren, Nicole, Shawna Ireland and Nicholas McNeil; and his siblings, Marilyn Morris, Maxwell McNeil (Darlene) and Thomas McNeil (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
