It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Sponagle of Moncton, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustus James Sponagle and Alberta Sponagle; his son Robert James Sponagle; and his siblings, Doris, Alberta, Irene, Ina, Morton Sponagle, Edwin Sponagle and Lester Sponagle.
He is survived by: his children, Lauren Suzanne (Rob Wallace) of Edmonton, A. B, Jerald Glen (Brenda) of Sussex, N. B. and Trevor Neil of Thailand; his grandchildren, Brian, Laura, Brandon, Bayley, Kira, Robert Jr. and Benjamin; his great grandchild Skyla; his siblings, Olive of Bible Hill, Mabel of Truro, N. S. and Harold (Eileen) of Halifax, N. S.; and his close friend Lorna Maloney of Moncton, N. B.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
