He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel LeBlanc and Celia LeBlanc; his wife Cecile; and his siblings, Lillian Beers, Emery LeBlanc, Gerald LeBlanc, Blair LeBlanc and Ronald LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Beka (Lloyd) of Notre-Dame, Bernie LeBlanc (Cheryl) of Cassie Cape and Dennis LeBlanc (Debbie) of Notre-Dame; his siblings, Jeannine Saulnier (Donald) of Dieppe and Francis "Cisco" LeBlanc (Phyllis); his grandchildren, Mathew, Tyler, Justin (Ryah) and Miranda (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Liam and Laiken. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
