He is survived by: his parent Bertha Budd (Belliveau); his wife Phyllis Ouellette of Moncton; his children, Natalie Losier (Charles) of Moncton and Mellissa Budd of Richibucto; his grandchildren, Kayla (Nick Kukkonen), Cyrus, Emily and Madeline; his great grandchild Lily; and his brothers, Mike Budd of Edmonton, Danny Budd (Diane) of Irishtown and Robbie Budd of Moncton.
