It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Reid Harry Steeves of Moncton, New Brunswick, born in Steeves Mountain, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 31, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenas Steeves and Dollie Steeves (Hicks); and his brothers, Reilly, Raymond and Allen Steeves.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Colpitts); his children, Gregory (Joyce), Janice Martin (Glenn) and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Keillor Steeves (Lieneke), Meryn Crawford (Kyle), Lorissa Pugsley (Jonathan), Lirah Steeves, Katelyn Martin (Jay) and Talia Briggs (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Abraham and Holland Steeves; and his sisters, Joyce Steeves (Steadman), Nita Steeves, Stella Quartermain (Art) and Eva Garnier (late Ernest). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
