He was predeceased by: his parents, Thadée Richard and Elise Richard (Bastarache); and his siblings, Tony, Corinne, Jeanne, Paul, Robert "Bob" and Bertha.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Richard); his daughters, Rachel Woodworth (Moe) and Suzanne (James Whitton); his grandson Jeremy; his sisters, Marie Mazerolle (late Freddy) and Diane MacLaughlin (Edgar "Tinny"); and his siblings-in-law, Louise Richard and Francis Bourque. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
