She was predeceased by: her husband Don Fownes of Moncton; her parents, Rankine McWilliam and Dorothy McWilliam (Little); and her siblings, Doreen Goguen and George McWilliam.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Bohus (Rick) of Moncton, Aaron Fraser (Heather Keeping) of Ketch Harbour, NS, Darcy Fraser (Courtney Maloney) of Dartmouth, NS, Carol-Anne Fownes of Moncton, Amber Ritchie of Vancouver, BC, Jesse Ritchie (Denise Hannaford) of Moncton, Alison Caissie of Moncton, Mitchell Caissie of Moncton and Robyn Caissie (Jane McKillop) of Summerside, PEI.; and her brother Bill McWilliam. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grand children and many nieces and nephews.
