He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Greta Lewis (Carter); his siblings, Gladys Gladstone, Marguerite Lewis, Mary Schutt, Gordon Lewis and George Lewis; and also Mildred Lewis.

He is survived by: his children, Stacey Boudreau (Mike) of Dieppe and William Lewis (Gisele) of Moncton; and his sister Velda Cameron (Hartley) of Scott Road. He is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great–grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
