He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Rita and Joseph Bohan; and his brother-in-law Archbishop Daniel Bohan. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Paula (Kevin), Justin (Stefanie), Jonathan (Tasha) and Nicholas (Tara); his grandchildren, Noah, Daniel, Diane, Cullen and Griffen; and his siblings-in-law, Bernadine Moore (Tim), Brian (Margie), Mark (Janice) and Carey Bohan (Judy). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
